To complain to Evri about anything, use their email, phone number, Facebook platform, or webform. It’s up to you to choose the platform that works best for you to sort out the problem. Evri complaints are mostly utilized by people in the UK and also internationally.

Evri Complaints Procedure

If you have any type of complaint, let Evri know about it as soon as possible.

To file a complaint, go to the Evri site and click on the chat icon to start a chat and submit your problem. They will then contact you again after investigating.
If you are the recipient, use the chatbot option of Evri to submit the complaint.

Local Depot Investigation

The Evri support team from your local depot will then investigate your matter. They will conduct research and find the main cause of your complaint.

After Investigation

After the investigation, they will inform you of the next steps by email or phone. They will provide information on the possible solution at that time. In this way, you can resolve any problems related to Evri delivery or anything else.

You can simply contact their customer service team from 8 am to 6 pm to complain about anything related to the service of Evri.

Can I File a Complaint Via Email?

Always use the right channel as described above. Evri will not reply to you via email; instead, they have [email protected]. But they will not respond to emails.
