How to Return parcels using a Print In ParcelShop device?
In the same way, you can return your parcel using the ParcelShop printer or code device.
Go to the nearest ParcelShop with a printer service device.
Select the retailer and add your reference number.
Pay now (if needed).
Press the print button and add that label to your parcel.
Go to an evri parcel shop and enter your delivery details, complete the process, and your label will be printed out for you to stick on your parcel.
If the evri label is not working, complain evri or use the live help chat to ask them to provide a solution. If the barcode is not working, add the 16-digit code manually.
If the buyer’s chosen service location is temporarily closed, the shipping label may not generate. If, after many attempts, it does not generate, cancel the order and inform the buyer so that they can accept the request and then re-upload.
